How it works

Chor4Me provides a central, password-protected platform that gives singers, choir management, and administrative staff access to all relevant information at any time. After registering, members can view schedules, check rehearsal and performance locations (including direct links via Google Maps), and participate in projects.

Choir leaders can send rehearsal plans to selected participants, collect feedback, compile line-ups, and communicate individual information. Attendance is recorded directly within the application, providing an up-to-date overview of voice groups, assignments, and availability at all times.

Communication takes place directly through the platform: emails with attachments can be sent to freely defined recipient groups. The system also includes integrated sheet music loan management. With individually assignable permission levels, Chor4Me is fully GDPR-compliant—each user only sees the information relevant to their role.

The tool also greatly simplifies administrative tasks: project statements can be created directly in Chor4Me, and transfer data can be generated with just a few clicks. Synchronization with Outlook or Mac calendars keeps everyone up to date. Following a major redevelopment in 2022, Chor4Me is now fully responsive on mobile devices—ideal for ensembles on the move.
